City Hall. - is located right beside main park, is located on the street San Jose 823. Elegant modern building construction (1919) cost just over 30,000 pounds of gold. Republican style is with large windows and wrought iron doors.
Chapel Veronica. - Located on the street Torres Paz 294. It was built in the late nineteenth century and declared a National Historic Landmark. The altar and the high altar adjacent have a coating of silver and gold leaf.
Basilica San Antonio. - It is situated between Torres Paz Street and Avenue Luis Gonzales. San Antonio called the Discalced Fathers Chiclayo, modern architecture (1949). The main hall is quite large, has round arches and, at the high altar, stands the crucified Christ articulated polychrome wood sculpture.
Square Elias Aguirre. - Located between Elias Aguirre and San Jose Street. This was the first place he could see the passenger off the train when the train station Eten. SIPAN
Near the town of Sipan, 35 km from Chiclayo, you can find the archeological complex of Huaca Rajada, the place where the funeral chambers containing Señor de Sipán, an important regional leader, was discovered by a group of Peruvian archeologists led by Walter Alva in July 1987. Its rests - accompanied by gorgeous jewels and golden ornaments - can be admired in the Museum of Royal Tombs of Señor de Sipan.

TUCUME
Tucume, located 33 km North of Chiclayo, is a privileged town because of its cultural patrimony; it has the biggest concentration of sun-dried clay brick pyramids in Peru and America.
The visit to Tucume allows us to appreciate 26 pyramids around a sacred mountain and to be in touch with its fertile countryside, full of corn, rice, carob tree and cane fields; and with its nice people, heritors to indigenous and Spanish blood.

ECOLOGICAL SITES
The Bosque of Pomac (Pomac Woods), National Ecological Reserve, has an extension of 134 km2.
It is a woody area, ecologically unique, where carob trees, Cassies, sapodillas and vichayos grow. It is common to find this vegetation along the coastal deserts, and here you can find it in its greatest abundance.

CHAPARRI
Chaparri belongs to the city of Chongoyape, 70 km from Chiclayo. In this community there are abundant natural resources and this turns it into an Ecological Reserve.
It is intended to preserve the dry woods in the area and the rich biodiversity, which is very much threatened by illegal felling and the extraction of fauna species with commercial purposes, as is the case of the Andean condor and the "spectacled" bear.

ROYAL TOMBS OF SIPAN LORD

SICAN MUSEUM
Located in the province of Ferreñafe, 45 km or approximately 30 minutes from Chiclayo, this museum was built to exhibit the greatness of the Lambayeque culture and is part of a tourist circuit that includes the Huaca Rajada complex and the Pomac Woods.
This cultural place shows 2500 fine metal pieces and 200 golden pieces, with 22 years of scientific investigation.

BEACHES
PIMENTEL
It is located 20 minutes from Chiclayo. The beautiful beach resort of Pimentel, characterized by its sober architecture and friendly sea, is the meeting place for tourists and surfers, so you can appreciate, vertically standing, surf boards as well as traditional "caballitos de totora" (cattail boats).
SANTA ROSA
Leaving Pimentel to the South West, we find the small bay of Santa Rosa, picturesque population of fishermen only 5 km from Pimentel. It is the fish dispensary of Lambayeque. Its beach is a huge colorful boat parking lot.

PUERTO ETEN
It is located only 23.4 km South West of Chiclayo. This port has vast beautiful beaches with different landscapes; there are sand beaches, and rock beaches. They are very much visited by locals and tourists who want to enjoy their always refreshing and clear waters, as well as by those who want to camp on the shore, practice beach sports, go fishing and extract shellfish.
