Touristic Project

According to a study in the city of Chiclayo, taking into account that tourism in this department is growing by leaps and bounds and the possibility of being sub site of the Bolivarian Games 2013, a positive proposal for my project is the construction of a hotel 4 or 5 stars.


ADVANTAGES:

• In the city has 3 hotels 4 stars (among the three offer about 300 rooms).

• There are projection areas larger urban areas and the price per square meter is much lower.

• shafts are Pimentel tourism development, which is oriented and has the potential, developing exclusive zones for middle and upper class.

DISADVANTAGES:

• The tourist demand is good and is growing, but still not considered "sufficient. "

• Lack of tourism promotion of the destination.
